Equipment Operator IV, Nursery
About the role
Performs general labor as needed throughout nursery and elsewhere as directed by management. The nursery operator is dedicated to the nursery year-round and is expected to perform at a high level and meet the standards set by management.

Qualifications
- Ability to work alone without close supervision and in group settings with excellent team work attitude.
- Be in good physical condition to do continuous bending, stooping and walking on a day‑long basis.
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a continuous basis.
- If operating a company vehicle must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to read and interpret general instructions from leads and supervisors.
- Ability to write and keep basic notations of work performed.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from leads and managers.
- Ability to count and keep track of time.
Pay
Pay Range: $21.93 - $22.34 an hour. Final Compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
