Job Summary
Using a Forklift and/or Reach Equipment safely, accurately and productively unload/load containers, pull product, put product away and remove/transport empty pallets throughout the facility. Support OSP/Receiving and other Inbound Departments (Packaging, Assembly and RMA) as needed.
Specific Responsibilities
- Safely, accurately and productively unload freight from containers/trucks.
- Follow all safety practices during trailer unloading/loading (i.e. physically chock trailer tire and lock trailer out).
- Using either a stand-up reach truck, pallet rider, dock stocker or sit down forklift, transfers pallets of received parts to destination location.
- Report all inventory problems to Lead / Supervisor personnel (i.e. physically empty position that PkMS shows as containing a part).
- Obtain Ti-Hi information.
- Pull OSP project parts, validating count and part numbers.
- Load and unload Outside Processing Projects.
- Monitor damaged pallet area by sorting and separating good and bad pallets. Repair bad pallets by using the supplied tools (i.e. air nail gun, shop saw, hammer, misc. other tools) to repair missing boards along with loading unsalvageable pallets on the pallet recycling trailer.
- Perform all inventory movements in PkMS using an RF device.
- Participate in Physical Inventory.
- Fulfill responsibilities under ISO 9001 and 14001; understand and fully support ISO system.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Understand and follow company rules and regulations.
- Perform all other duties as assigned and required.

Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Good communication skills; must be able to read and understand English.
- Ability to do basic math; add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
- One year experience in driving a forklift / reach equipment in a warehouse environment and have proper certification.
- Experience in PKMS preferred but not required.
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
