Equipment Operator III, Nursery

Job Description Overview: Performs general labor as needed throughout nursery and elsewhere as directed by management. The nursery operator is dedicated to the nursery year-round and is expected to perform at high level and meet the standards set by management.

Qualifications

• Ability to work alone without close supervision and in group settings with excellent team work attitude.
• Be in good physical condition to do continuous bending, stooping and walking on a day-long basis.
• Be able to lift up to 50 lbs on a continuous basis.
• If operating a company vehicle must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read and interpret general instructions from leads and supervisors.
• Ability to write and keep basic notations of work performed.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from leads and managers.
• Ability to count and keep track of time.

Pay

Pay Range: $20.40 - $21.81 an hour. Final Compensation will be dependent upon skills & experience.
