Maintenance Tasks
- Mow turf areas using various-sized power mowers
- Operate a towed-behind gas-powered blower
- Pick up leaves, trash, and cut grass and place onto a truck or trailer
- Sometimes supervise other team members
Qualifications
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Physical Demands
- Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds
- Repetitive movement - standing, walking, twisting, turning, bending, squatting, stooping, sitting
Work Environment
- Outdoor work environment
- Regular exposure to the outside environment, including rain, cold, sun, or night
