Steep Creek LLC is seeking a full-time Equipment Operator (Civil) to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Operate heavy equipment for civil construction projects
- Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment
- Follow project specifications and safety guidelines
- Coordinate with site supervisors and team members
Requirements
- Proven experience operating civil construction equipment
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to read and interpret site plans and instructions
- Physical ability to perform demanding work in various weather conditions
Qualifications
- Previous civil construction or earthmoving experience
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards
- Equipment certification or related training (preferred)
