Equipment Operator
for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: EEO line at end should be removed. Also remove navigation etc. We need to preserve all substantive info.
We need to parse the description.
Sections:
- About the role: maybe a paragraph summarizing role. The posting starts with description: "HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR BIG EQUIPMENT. REAL WORK. KEEP THE QUARRY MOVING. If you know your way around a loader, dozer, or excavator — we want you in the driver’s seat! York Building Products is looking for a Heavy Equipment Operator to join our quarry team. You’ll be behind the controls, moving rock, gravel, and other materials while keeping production safe, efficient, and on schedule. This is a hands-on, outdoor job where you’ll work around some serious equipment and play an important role in keeping the quarry moving."
That's about the role. So we can put that in About the role
with
containing that text. - Responsibilities: list of duties. The "What You’ll Do" bullet list. We'll extract each line as
- under
Responsibilities
. - Requirements: maybe "What You Bring To The Crew" list. That includes qualifications/skills. Could split into Requirements and Skills? The instruction says we can have sections like Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide based on content. The list includes: Proven heavy equipment operating experience; Mining, quarry, or aggregate experience is a major plus; Ability to safely operate multiple types of heavy equipment; Strong hand-eye coordination and depth perception; Solid understanding of heavy equipment operation, safety, and maintenance; Good problem-solving skills — when something goes wrong, you know how to think on your feet; Comfortable using electronic equipment and software associated with modern heavy machinery; Able to adapt to changing conditions, traffic, weather, and unexpected situations; Dependable and ready to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends during peak times; Comfortable working long hours and traveling throughout the mine site. These are more like qualifications/skills. Could put under Requirements or Qualifications. Since we have both sections, we might put "Requirements" for the mandatory items (proven experience, ability to operate multiple types, etc.) and "Skills" for hand-eye coordination, problem-solving, etc. But we need to avoid thin sections. Perhaps combine into one "Qualifications" section. However instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe we have About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications (combining requirements and skills), and maybe Benefits/Pay/Schedule if present. The posting does not mention benefits, pay, schedule explicitly except flexible schedule mention (overtime, weekends). That's schedule info. It mentions "Dependable and ready to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends during peak times." That's schedule info. So we could include a Schedule section with that detail. Benefits: none mentioned. Pay: none. So we omit Benefits and Pay. Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Schedule. Check if any other specifics: "THE PHYSICAL SIDE You’ll Need To Be Comfortable ..." That's physical requirements. Could be part of Qualifications or maybe a separate section like "Physical Requirements". But we don't have a heading for that; we could incorporate into Qualifications. However we have no specific heading for physical side; but we could add a section "Physical Requirements" if we want, but instruction says use headings from list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we cannot create arbitrary headings. So we must fit into those. Physical side could go under Qualifications or Requirements. We'll put under Qualifications. Thus Qualifications section will include: Proven heavy equipment operating experience; Mining, quarry, or aggregate experience is a major plus; Ability to safely operate multiple types of heavy equipment; Strong hand-eye coordination and depth perception; Solid understanding of heavy equipment operation, safety, and maintenance; Good problem-solving skills — when something goes wrong, you know how to think on your feet; Comfortable using electronic equipment and software associated with modern heavy machinery; Able to adapt to changing conditions, traffic, weather, and unexpected situations; Dependable and ready to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends during peak times; Comfortable working long hours and traveling throughout the mine site; THE PHYSICAL SIDE You’ll Need To Be Comfortable Climbing on and off heavy equipment.Sitting and operating equipment for extended periods.Walking, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds.Performing equipment inspections and light maintenance.Working outdoors in all kinds of weather.Staying alert and focused around moving equipment and active quarry operations. We need to preserve all substantive info. So include that as list items maybe. We'll output HTML fragment:About the role

Schedule
Dependable and ready to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends during peak times.
But note schedule info already included in Qualifications; we might duplicate. Better to not duplicate. We could move schedule info to Schedule section and remove from Qualifications. However Qualifications still need to contain other items. Let's extract schedule line: "Dependable and ready to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends during peak times." That's schedule. We'll put that in Schedule section and remove from Qualifications list. Thus Qualifications list will exclude that line. Schedule section will have that sentence. Check if any other schedule info: "Comfortable working long hours and traveling throughout the mine site." That's also schedule/working hours. Could be part of Schedule as well. But we could keep it in Qualifications as it's about working long hours/travel. However schedule section could include both. Let's think: The schedule section should contain schedule specifics. The posting mentions flexible schedule including overtime and weekends, and also comfortable working long hours and traveling throughout the mine site. Both are schedule-related. So we can put both in Schedule section. Thus Schedule sectionDependable and ready to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends during peak times. Comfortable working long hours and traveling throughout the mine site.
Now Qualifications list will not include those two lines. Let's rewrite Qualifications list: - Proven heavy equipment operating experience. - Mining, quarry, or aggregate experience is a major plus. - Ability to safely operate multiple types of heavy equipment. - Strong hand-eye coordination and depth perception. - Solid understanding of heavy equipment operation, safety, and maintenance. - Good problem-solving skills — when something goes wrong, you know how to think on your feet. - Comfortable using electronic equipment and software associated with modern heavy machinery. - Able to adapt to changing conditions, traffic, weather, and unexpected situations. - THE PHYSICAL SIDE You’ll Need To Be Comfortable Climbing on and off heavy equipment. - Sitting and operating equipment for extended periods. - Walking, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 50 pounds. - Performing equipment inspections and light maintenance. - Working outdoors in all kinds of weather. - Staying alert and focused around moving equipment and active quarry operations. Check we didn't miss any: "Comfortable working long hours and traveling throughout the mine site." moved to Schedule. "Dependable and ready to work a flexible schedule, including overtime and weekends during peak times." moved to Schedule. Now ensure we haven't lost any substantive info: The physical side list includes climbing on/off, sitting, walking bending stooping lifting up to 50 lbs, performing equipment inspections and light maintenance, working outdoors in all kinds of weather, staying alert and focused around moving equipment and active quarry operations. Good. Now output HTML fragment. Make sure no extra text,
