Equipment Operator

About the role

We’re hiring a Heavy Equipment Operator to join our mining and aggregate operations. You’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate heavy equipment including: Front End Loaders, Dozers, Haul Trucks, and Excavators
• Perform daily inspections and basic maintenance on equipment
• Work collaboratively with customers, coworkers, and leadership
• Maintain a strong focus on safety and operational efficiency
• Demonstrate flexibility, initiative, and a solutions-oriented mindset
• Support additional operational tasks as needed

Requirements

• Experience operating heavy equipment required
• Mining or aggregate industry experience preferred
• Knowledge of equipment operation and maintenance
• Able to follow and enforce safety procedures
• Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
