What You'll Do
- Operate heavy equipment, including dozers and compactors
- Compact waste efficiently and safely
- Transport dirt and other materials as needed
- Act as a spotter to support safe on-site operations
- Perform daily checks, cleaning, and basic maintenance on equipment
- Help maintain a clean, safe and compliant facility
- Work outdoors in all types of weather, rain or shine

Qualifications
We're looking for a skilled Equipment Operator with 3+ years of experience on a dozer and compactor. You should take pride in keeping a site safe, clean, and running smoothly.

Pay & Schedule
- Pay: $21-24/hour (based on experience)
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM + Occasional Weekends
