What You'll Do Operate bulldozers, articulated dump trucks, and other heavy equipment safely and efficientlyPull, spread, and compact waste in active landfill operationsHaul, move, and place dirt as neededServe as a spotter to ensure the safe movement of trucks, equipment, and personnelPerform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance concernsMaintain a clean and organized work areaWork outdoors in various weather conditions while following all safety procedures What We're Looking For 3+ years of experience operating bulldozers and articulated dump trucks requiredExperience operating trackhoes, compactors, tractors, or additional heavy equipment is a plusStrong commitment to safety and safe work practicesReliable attendance and a strong work ethicAbility to work long hours in an outdoor environmentTeam player with a positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Why Waste Connections?
