Equipment Operator

About the role

We are looking for a safety conscious Equipment Operator to join the team at Belton, SC Landfill. This is a day shift position with weekly overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operating equipment such as bulldozers, wheel loaders, excavators, and off-road dump trucks.
• Routine inspection and maintenance on the equipment such as checking oil, water, and tires.

Requirements

• Previous equipment operator experience preferred, especially dozers.
• Ability to lift 50lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
• Ability to climb in and out of equipment cab repeatedly.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and grasp.
• Ability to work outside in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

CDL License Preferred But Not Required. This is a physical job working outside in all weather conditions.
