Equipment Operator

Responsibilities
- Properly set up the equipment to the specifications required, and operate the machine producing the best quality product possible in a productive manner.
- Maintain the equipment in good working condition through a regular maintenance schedule.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Accurately maintain a daily production sheet and properly log all production information and material into the Hagen system.
- Perform any other duties as required by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Within this position, we would prefer manufacturing or production experience.
- Must have mechanical ability and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality of finished product.
- Willingness to cross-train in other departments or tasks as needed.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Ability to read a ruler/tape measure quickly and effectively.
Shift
Monday - Thursday, 2:30pm - 1:00am with Overtime Opportunities available!
Pay
The anticipated hourly range for this position is $17 – $19. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
