About the role
The Equipment Operator is responsible for operating a variety of construction, maintenance, and repair equipment including excavation and loading machines, bulldozers, trench excavators, road graders, forklifts, and other machinery equipped with forklifts or booms for lifting materials. Additionally, they may operate and maintain air compressors, pumps, and other power equipment.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience operating construction equipment
- Ability to lift heavy objects

- Strong physical stamina and ability to work in outdoor conditions
Skills

Pay
The pay range for this position is $30 - $38 per hour, depending on experience, in addition to an extensive benefits package that includes company stock, and a profit-sharing bonus.
Schedule
Work schedules are determined by the needs of the projects and may require occasional travel to various project sites within the state.
