Equipment Operator

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely operates equipment to load, unload, and move boats, parts, and equipment within the facility.
• C conducts routine inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety.
• Communicates with team members and management to coordinate tasks and ensure timely completion.
• Help maintain the store lot clean and organized as instructed by management.
• Reports any damage or concerns about boats or equipment to management.
• Follows all safety procedures and guidelines. Ensures all operations comply with safety regulations.
• Stays updated on all safety regulations, equipment training, and equipment operating certifications.
• All other duties as assigned.

Skills

• Excellent communications skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
• Problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to equipment operation.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Equipment operator certification (forklift, crane, etc.)
