Equipment Operator

About the role

As an Equipment Operator, you will assist with order picking, let downs, replenishment, and support all departments in meeting their goals. You’ll work with products from clients involved in the active lifestyle. Success in this role means being reliable, accurate, and efficient—a quick learner who balances quality, pace, and efficiency while keeping safety as the cornerstone. You’ll be cognizant of how your work impacts others, remove obstacles for the next person in line, treat teammates with kindness and respect, and show up each day ready to give your all. The position is located at 1950 S. Vintage Ave, Ontario, CA 91761.

Responsibilities

• Operate specific motorized warehouse machinery: forklifts, order/cherry picker, reach truck, electric pallet‑jacks.
• Perform receiving, replenishments, shipping, scanning, and cycle counting.
• Follow NRI safety rules, procedures, security protocol, and standard operating procedures (SOP).
• Maintain work and storage areas in a safe, clean, and tidy condition at all times.

Requirements

• 3+ months of forklift experience on an order/cherry picker.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Clean driving record.
• Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walk and stand for extended periods, climb ladders/stairs, work at heights, and tolerate dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, and cold.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn the basic warehouse management scanning system (WMS).
• Strong attention to detail and time‑management skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.

Pay

Starting Pay $22.00 per hour (Includes $1.00 shift differential)

Schedule

Monday‑Friday, 1:30 PM‑10:00 PM
