Responsibilities

• Sort and screen scrap materials with precision, separating unsuitable items by hand or using heavy-duty equipment like forklifts and skid loaders.
• Crush, bale, and package materials, ensuring everything is ready for shipping.
• Operate various equipment to maintain a consistent workflow while keeping your work area clean and organized.
• Work independently with minimal supervision, leveraging your problem-solving and mechanical skills.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience with equipment like skid-loaders, forklifts, or production machinery in a fast-paced environment.
• Keen attention to detail and stellar organizational skills.
• Safety-first mindset.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly and handle tasks involving standing, walking, and occasional crawling.
