for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate. Keep all substantive info.
We need to parse the description.

We also have "About the role" maybe from job summary. Could also have "Qualifications" separate from "Requirements"? The instruction says use headings for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide what goes where.
We have job summary -> About the role.
Key duties -> Responsibilities.
Education, Work Experience -> Qualifications? Or Requirements? Usually Requirements includes education and experience. Qualifications could be knowledge, skills, abilities. But we have both. We could split: Requirements: Education and Work Experience. Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities. Skills: maybe also part of Qualifications? But we have a separate Skills heading. Could put knowledge, skills, abilities under Skills. However the instruction says we can include a section only when posting has real specific content. We have content for Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities. So we could make a Skills section with those bullet points.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions could go under Requirements? Or maybe under Qualifications? But we have a Requirements heading; we could include physical requirements and working conditions there. However the instruction says we should prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could combine Education, Experience, Physical Requirements, Working Conditions under Requirements. But we also have Knowledge, Skills, Abilities under Skills. Benefits separate.
Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits.
We must not include Pay or Schedule.
Now we need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract.
About the role: The Sales/Yard Loader is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of a front-end loader (typically ranging from CAT 982 to CAT 988 sizes) within an aggregate sales yard or plant environment. The primary focus of this role is to load finished products into customer trucks and/or railcars while maintaining the integrity of product stockpiles. As a frontline representative of Martin Marietta, the Loader Operator ensures a "Safety First" culture by managing traffic flow, asserting leadership over visiting drivers, and performing essential preventative maintenance to keep equipment and yard operations running smoothly.
Responsibilities: list each bullet.
Let's list them:
- Safely operate heavy-duty front-end loaders to move raw materials from stockpiles to customer vehicles, ensuring accurate weight distribution and material types.
- Regulate the flow of materials to and from conveyors, surge piles, chutes, and storage bins to maximize plant production.
- Maintain the quality and separation of various product stockpiles to prevent contamination and ensure environmental compliance.
- May assist in operating other mobile equipment as needed, including haul trucks, excavators, or skid steers- dependent on-site requirements.
- Maintain safe working speeds and manage the flow of external truck drivers and equipment within the yard to prevent accidents.
- Strictly adhere to all MSHA compliance/regulations and Martin Marietta’s internal 24/7 Safe culture policies.
- Conduct daily pre-shift and post-shift safety inspections of the equipment and the working area, ensuring the presence of adequate berms and clear roadways.
- Ensure safe operations around high-risk areas such as conveyors, crushers, and steep surge piles.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance (PMs), including checking tire pressure, oil levels, and diesel fuel, and greasing all moving parts daily.
- Use standard operating procedures to identify and report equipment malfunctions, leaks, or mechanical issues to the maintenance team or supervisor.
- Keep the loading area, roadways, and plant floor clean by shoveling, sweeping, and removing debris to ensure a professional and safe environment.
- Maintain a professional and helpful attitude when interacting with external drivers and customers, adapting to various personalities and needs.
- Accurately complete daily pre-shift inspection reports, maintenance logs, and (if applicable) customer ticketing or weighing via the scale house.
- Communicate effectively via CB radio or hand signals with plant operators and co-workers to coordinate vehicle movements.
- Willing and able to use a shovel when required.
- Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed.
Requirements: Education: High School diploma, GED, or relevant experience. Work Experience: No prior experience is required; 6 months to 1 year of experience in the operation and maintenance of a front-end loader is preferred.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. for plant maintenance and equipment servicing. Required to bend, stoop, climb, and reach. You must be able to maintain three points of contact when climbing on/off machinery or on ladders. Strong hand-eye-foot coordination is essential for operating hand/foot controls. You must have good depth perception with or without seeing aid for distances up to 150 feet.
Working Conditions: All duties require outside assignments and require periods of work in all weather conditions, cold, wet, dry and dusty. Must be able to work in areas where noise levels are up to 85 dbs.
We could combine these under Requirements.
Skills: Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities: Road specifications and slopes; Familiarity with heavy equipment components; Mechanical aptitude; Troubleshooting; MSHA compliance and regulations; Time management.
We could also include maybe other abilities like communication? But that's in responsibilities.
Benefits: list: Medical, Prescription Drug, Dental, Vision, Health Care Reimbursement Account, Dependent Care Reimbursement Account, Wellness Programs, Employee Assistance Plan, Paid Holidays and Vacation, 401(k) with Company matching, Pension, Salary Continuation – Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability Options, Employee Life Insurance, Spouse & Dependent Life Insurance, Business Travel Accident Insurance, Direct Deposit Payroll, Educational/Tuition Assistance Plan, College Scholarship Program – for dependent children, Matching Gift Program, New Auto Purchase Discount Plans.
We need to keep all substantive info. Also note the company description paragraphs about Martin Marietta being S&P 500 etc. That is substantive? It's about company. Should we include? It's not a section heading but could be part of About the role? Probably not needed but it's substantive info about employer. The instruction: Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The company description is not boilerplate; it's about the company. Should we keep it? It could be placed under About the role maybe as a separate paragraph. However the instruction says use headings for sections only; we can have paragraphs under headings. So we could add a paragraph under About the role that includes the company description. But the About the role currently is about the role; we could add another paragraph after that describing the company. That would preserve info.
But we must not create sections with filler. So we can keep it as a paragraph under About the role.
Also the EEO statement at end is boilerplate (equal-opportunity). Remove that.
Also the disclaimer about other tasks is already covered in responsibilities? It's a separate paragraph: "In addition to the primary responsibilities outlined, the successful candidate may be expected to take on other tasks and assignments as required, including but not limited to duties outside the typical scope of the role to support overall team operations and organizational needs. Flexibility and adaptability to evolving job demands are essential." That's substantive; we could include under Responsibilities as a bullet or paragraph.
We should include that.
Now produce HTML.
We'll output:
