Equipment Operator

About the role

The Equipment Operator is responsible for operating various heavy machinery and equipment to perform tasks such as loading, unloading, and moving materials.

Responsibilities

• Operate cranes, excavators, bulldozers, and other heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload materials from trucks, ships, and railcars.
• Maintain equipment in good working order and report malfunctions to supervisors.
• Follow all safety protocols and regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Knowledge of heavy machinery operation.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent physical fitness.

Pay

$18.50 per hour.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM.
