Equipment Operator 3rd Shift

About the role

A Day in the Life as an Equipment Operator: you will play an important part of the team by assisting in order picking, let-downs, replenishment, and supporting all departments in meeting their goals. You’ll work with products from clients involved in the active lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Operate motorized warehouse machinery such as forklifts, order/cherry pickers, reach trucks, and electric pallet-jacks
• Perform receiving, replenishments, shipping, scanning, and cycle counting
• Handle other general warehouse duties
• Follow NRI safety rules, safety procedures, security protocol, and standard operating procedures (SOP)
• Maintain work and storage areas in a safe, clean, and tidy condition at all times

Requirements

• 3+ months of forklift experience on an order/cherry picker
• Clean driving record
• Must be 18 years or older
• Physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including:
  • Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
  • Walking and standing for extended periods
  • Climbing ladders/stairs
  • Working at heights in elevated areas
  • Tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, and cold

Qualifications

• Ability to learn a basic warehouse management scanning system (WMS)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
• Trustworthy and moral character (pre-employment background and drug tests are required)

Schedule

3rd shift, Monday - Friday, 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Pay

$23.00/hour (includes $2 shift differential)
