This is a full‑time, onsite Equipment Operator 2 position.

Schedule

Graveyard shift: 6:00 pm to 4:30 am, Sunday to Wednesday.

Pay

$20.05 to $31.05 per hour, depending on experience (DOE).

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment at maximum machine efficiency, generating highest part quality.
• Perform regular predictive maintenance of the equipment to reduce unplanned machine downtime.
• Confirm order requirements are met, including proper selection of the job, priority and materials.
• Perform first part inspection on all production runs to specified tolerances and dimensional check.
• Make adjustments, edit programs, etc. to optimize production quality and efficiency.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by improving product quality through validations of all aspects of the machine.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable, be on time and ready to work daily.
• Basic understanding of warehouse functions and equipment operation.
• Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing in English.
• Ability to work in a team environment with others in our company and treat our employees and customers with respect, courtesy and tact.
• Understand written and oral instruction, make mathematical calculations.
