Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain various types of farm equipment, including 100-500+ HP tractors, primary and secondary tillage implements, row tillage implements, mowers, and other needed equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs to farm equipment to ensure it is in good working condition and adheres to all applicable safety rules.
• Operate equipment in a safe and efficient manner to maximize company returns, with utmost concern for the safety of self, other employees, equipment, and crops.
• Assist mechanics with repairs as needed.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Work alone or in a team environment, demonstrating the ability to be a self-starter and work independently as well as collaboratively.
• Attend required company meetings and training, participating in constructive discussions.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments, adhering to all policies and procedures as specified in company manuals and the employee handbook.
• Conduct yourself professionally in the presence of customers and the community to present a positive image of Threemile Canyon Farms.
• Proactively seek and participate in available company-sponsored training to develop and advance your knowledge base and skill set.
• Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner.
