About the role
Educate and train customers on the proper operation and maintenance of heavy machinery.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver training programs for customers on Caterpillar equipment.
- Assist customers in troubleshooting common issues with their machinery.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to customers after initial training sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in heavy equipment operation and maintenance.
- Strong understanding of Caterpillar equipment models and specifications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills
- Technical knowledge of heavy machinery.

$50,000 - $60,000 annually.
