About the Role

Tejas Equipment Rental is seeking a skilled Equipment Mechanic III to join our team in Spring, TX. As a Mechanic III, you will work on a diverse range of construction equipment, diagnosing and repairing mechanical issues to ensure optimal performance. You'll collaborate with our team to prioritize and complete maintenance tasks efficiently, contributing to our commitment to excellence, integrity, and safety.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on a variety of construction equipment
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize and complete maintenance tasks
• Work Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays as needed
• Contribute to a supportive environment that values professional development and growth

Requirements

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Strong communication skills and capacity to collaborate effectively with team members
• Solid understanding of construction equipment and experience in equipment maintenance and repair
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and commitment to upholding safety standards
• Must pass a drug test and have a clean driving record
