About the role
We are always looking to connect with skilled technicians at every level—Shop Service, Preventative Maintenance (PM) Field, Field Service, Heavy Equipment Field, and Field Dock & Door—to diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment such as forklifts, aerial lifts, pallet trucks, and various construction machinery. Roles may be based in our local service shop or at customer job sites.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair industrial and construction equipment
- Perform routine preventative maintenance at job sites
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment in the field
- Specialize in heavy machinery repairs
- Install and repair commercial doors and loading dock equipment
- Read and interpret schematics
Requirements
- Mechanical experience or education (diesel, hydraulic, electrical, etc.)
- Familiarity with equipment operation
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Must be 18+ for shop work; 21+ with a clean driving record for field roles
- Ability to read or learn schematics
- Forklift certification or willingness to train
- Heavy Technicians must pass the DOT Medical Certification
- Pass pre-employment background check, physical abilities test, drug test, and driving record review
