General Summary This position is responsible for maintaining and supporting information systems processes for the company’s Equipment systems to ensure consistency with company objectives and policies.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the maintenance of the Equipment Department SharePoint site
• Work with the Equipment Administration group to maintain asset master files
• Assist in the configuration of new applications to support field operations
• Research user questions and issues to provide feedback to users
• Convert paper files to electronic format while ensuring compliance with local, State and Federal regulatory agencies

Requirements

Enrolled in an Engineering or Information Systems Management undergraduate program or a related educational program at an accredited 4 year university.

Physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, sit and use hands to operate a computer keyboard. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and ability to adjust focus. Pay

Base Hourly Wage Range: $22.00 – $30.00. Pay may vary based upon relevant experience, skills, location, and
