Principal Duties And Responsibilities
- Adhere to all safety requirements and maintain a strong focus on safe, high-quality work at all times.
- Move, set up, and install equipment in customer cleanroom environments according to required standards.
- Follow installation documentation, work instructions, and detailed checklists to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
- Complete required training and maintain accurate daily safety documentation for customers and internal requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while supporting a positive team-oriented work environment.
- Train on and work with a variety of equipment systems and model types, with flexibility to travel to customer sites as needed.
Requirements
- Mechanical and/or electrical aptitude/experience including the ability to use appropriate hand tools, meters, scopes, and other specialized equipment are required.
- Willingness to travel to various customer locations with limited notice as required to support installation activity in different semiconductor fabs.
- Travel expenses relating to away-from-home work assignments will be paid by the company, with home trips every 6-8 weeks if assignment duration requires extended stay.
- Must be flexible with all shifts, days/nights.
- Valid Driver's License required.
- Troubleshooting and electromechanical repair are a plus.
Physical Effort/Activities
- May be required to walk up to 5+miles per day, able to be on feet for 8-10 hrs at a time, ability to bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder, and lift up to 50 pounds.
