Equipment Installation Technician

M‑F 7 am – 4 pm with ability to work Saturdays as needed.

Travel

Ability to travel up to 80% to other client locations. Travel expenses are paid by the company, with home trips every 6‑8 weeks if an assignment requires an extended stay.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Adhere to all safety requirements and maintain a strong focus on safe, high‑quality work at all times.
• Move, set up, and install equipment in customer cleanroom environments according to required standards.
• Follow installation documentation, work instructions, and detailed checklists to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Complete required training and maintain accurate daily safety documentation for customers and internal requirements.
• Collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams while supporting a positive, team‑oriented work environment.
• Train on and work with a variety of equipment systems and model types, with flexibility to travel to customer sites as needed.

Requirements

• Mechanical and/or electrical aptitude/experience, including the ability to use appropriate hand tools, meters, scopes, and other specialized equipment.
• Willingness to travel to various customer locations with limited notice to support installation activity in semiconductor fabs.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Troubleshooting and electromechanical repair are a plus.
• Flexibility with all shifts, days/nights.

Physical Effort/Activities

• Walk up to 5+ miles per day.
• Be on feet for 8‑10 hours at a time.
• Bend, twist, push/pull, crouch, kneel in confined spaces, work at heights, on a ladder.
• Lift up to 50‑75 pounds.
