This role starts with assisting in generator and HVAC installations and hands-on training, advancing into equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and other aspects of the generator, electrical, and HVAC industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist with residential and commercial generator installations
- Assist with vehicle inventory and equipment loading and unloading
- Learn equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
- Work alongside experienced technicians and electricians while developing new skills
- Deliver quality workmanship and exceptional customer service
Requirements
- Experience with electrical, plumbing, generators, or HVAC is a plus, but not required
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check
