About the Role
This role involves performing preventative maintenance and assisting with repair and project activity on Photo area semiconductor assemblies and equipment. You will interface with Equipment Engineers and area Manager/Group Leader to identify and assist in resolving equipment and process-related issues supporting production.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks and rebuild assemblies.
- Assist in analyzing and resolving recurring maintenance problems.
- Perform technical servicing of semiconductor production and support equipment.
- Participate in activities to develop, document, and improve existing semiconductor equipment maintenance procedures and systems, working from procedures, blueprints, sketches, drawings, and diagrams.
- Interface with Senior Technicians and Engineers to support resolving equipment-specific issues.
- Communicate with the Production Operation Team regarding tool downtime needs.
- Monitor Photo area bulk chemical performance and take part in team decisions on bulk area improvements.
- Learn maintenance activities for Photomask area toolsets.
- Learn Photo area litho-track electro-mechanical operation and support maintenance activities for these tools.
Requirements
- One to two years of technical experience in a high-tech manufacturing environment is desirable.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of electro-mechanical systems operations and maintenance.
- Basic knowledge of electronic theory, vacuum and pneumatics, principles of electrical circuits.
- Associate of Science degree or Bachelor of Science degree in progress with an emphasis in at least one of Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering disciplines or equivalent.
Pay
$17.98 - $21.15 per hour
