Responsibilities
- Develop and implement MRD testing protocols
- Collaborate with clinicians and researchers to interpret test results
- Provide educational resources on MRD testing for healthcare providers
- Participate in conference presentations and publications related to MRD testing
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in biology, biochemistry, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in molecular diagnostics or related field
- Experience with hematological disorders and MRD testing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Qualifications
- Knowledge of molecular biology techniques
- Experience with Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
