As an Equipment Diagnostic Technician, you'll diagnose and repair returned equipment, support customer and partner enquiries, validate product updates, and collaborate with engineering, operations and customer success teams to improve product performance.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot and repair eShepherd products to component level
• Refurbish and test returned equipment ready for redeployment
• Investigate warranty returns and identify root causes
• Support customer and partner technical enquiries
• Validate firmware updates and product releases
• Capture service insights and provide feedback to engineering teams
• Assist in developing service procedures and troubleshooting resources
• Help drive continuous improvement across service operations and customer support activities

Requirements

• Electronics, IT, electrical or related technical qualification, or equivalent hands‑on experience
• Experience diagnosing and repairing electronic equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Proactive, solutions‑focused approach
• Experience with IoT devices, firmware updates, CRM systems or inventory management platforms is advantageous
