Equipment Detailer

What Will You Do?

• Aid in the detailing of all equipment
• Support the organization of all staged equipment in warehousing locations
• Collaborate with the office staff to organize and remove nonessential materials from the storage loft
• Run errands to local vendors for shop supplies as needed
• Participate in inventory management
• Assist with the maintenance of organization in the shop yard, including:
• Handling equipment awaiting repair
• Returning demo, loaner, and rental equipment to the shop
• Managing empty pallets brought out from the shop
• Disposing of miscellaneous items such as tires, pallets, metal, trash, recyclables, etc.
• Provide support to repair technicians during daily clean-up
• Clean shop doors and floor mats as needed
• Refill shop hand towel dispensers as needed
• Wipe down shop doors and door frames to remove fingerprints and smudges

Requirements

• Must be well organized and able to create a daily/weekly plan based on overall workload
• Able to read and analyze documents and procedure manuals
• Able to assess situations and respond in the customers' best interest
• Able to communicate in a professional and courteous manner to all customers as well as fellow employees
