Equipment Coordinator

Job Responsibilities

  • Receive, review, and enter data in POS application into ERP and CRM systems
  • Communicate with business partners and customers to resolve incomplete application packages
  • Maintain merchants’ records, invoices, service programs and profiles
  • Check the data input in the billing system to ensure accuracy of final/monthly bill
  • Perform other related duties as assigned and necessary for departmental operations
  • Maintain strong working relationship with colleagues and sales representatives to ensure timely resolution of merchants’ POS system related needs and issues
  • Prepare and submit various monthly report to manager
  • Complete various assigned daily/monthly routine tasks complying with department/company policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Must be a team-oriented individuals with willingness to learn and help merchants and team members
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Strong attention to details, with consistent output and follow-through
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written and professional phone etiquette
  • Able to multitask
