Equipment and Yard Supervisor
About the role
The Equipment & Yard Supervisor is responsible for managing the inspection operations, maintaining yard layout, overseeing refurbishing, and ensuring a safe and inclusive environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage, monitor, and implement RBIO Program standards, procedures, best practices, and guidelines.
- Maintain strong connectivity with the Safety and Environmental Coordinator and promote a culture of health and safety.
- Affiliate with the development, evolution, and adherence of EH&S policies and procedures, including efforts towards COR certification.
- Oversee refurbishing operations, including schedule, budget, quality control, and accounting.
- Assist with inspections and appraisals, travel as needed.
- Oversee customer experience, recommend improvements to Yard and DEI processes, and produce sale advertising materials.
- Monitor key performance indicators and integrate with Sales team objectives.
- Support RB Unreserved Commitment to Safety by actively participating in safety initiatives.
Qualifications
- 5 years related work experience.
- Valid, clean driver’s license.
- Climb on and off large equipment and trucks.
- Work both indoors and outdoors year-round.
- Work regular overtime, including weekends.
- Travel to other auction sites when necessary.
Pay
$45,000 - $60,000 annually.
Schedule
Regular overtime, including weekends, and additional hours for three weeks before, during, and after each sale.
