About the role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing the performance of our IT infrastructure to ensure reliable and efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the maintenance and upgrade of all hardware and software systems.
• Implement and manage disaster recovery plans to safeguard data and systems.
• Provide technical support to end-users and troubleshoot complex issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in IT management or system administration.
• Proven experience in managing and maintaining IT infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of network architecture, server management, and cloud technologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server, Linux, and VMware environments.
• Experience with ITIL best practices and service management tools.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices.
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Pay

The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience.

Schedule
