About the role

The Restaurant Host at Hyatt Regency Bellevue on Seattle's Eastside is responsible for welcoming and greeting guests, providing table selection, recording guest orders, offering menu suggestions, processing payments, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests
• Provide table selection
• Record guest food and/or beverage orders
• Offer menu suggestions
• Process payments for goods and services including room charges, credit cards, and cash
• Ensure guest satisfaction
