Epoxy Flooring / Concrete Polishing Foreman & Laborers (Construction)

About the role

The successful candidate will demonstrate initiative, be a self-starter with a high level of professional integrity, and have a strong work ethic and competitive drive.

Responsibilities

• Install polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and hard surface flooring systems
• Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety rules and regulations
• Proper use of equipment and materials
• Strive to meet and exceed any and all production targets
• Input timely hours

Requirements

• Experience with concrete polishing, epoxy, or urethane flooring
• Willingness to travel and stay out of town
• Ability to work overnights, Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must obtain respirator medical evaluation and pass fit test
