Pay

$21 – $31/hour (based on experience) plus hourly job bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Install premium polished concrete, epoxy, urethane, and hard-surface flooring
• Operate heavy-duty prep and polishing equipment safely
• Work with your crew to meet daily production targets
• Keep safety as your #1 priority on every job site

Requirements

• Background in concrete polishing, epoxy, or urethane flooring is highly valued
• High integrity, strong work ethic, and a competitive spirit
• Willingness to travel
