ePMO Project Manager

About the role

The ePMO Project Manager supports external, customer-facing digital products by enabling execution and delivery excellence on behalf of business Product Owners. This position sits at the intersection of Product Owners, technical delivery teams, and enterprise leadership, with a strong focus on coordination, governance, and delivery outcomes rather than product strategy ownership.

Responsibilities

• Partners closely with Product Owners and cross-functional teams, including platform, cloud, and application teams, to manage roadmaps, prioritize work, and coordinate delivery activities in a hybrid Agile and enterprise PMO environment.
• Leverages Agile practices to manage day-to-day execution while emphasizing dependency management, prioritization, stakeholder alignment, and enterprise-level reporting.
• Provides oversight for customer-facing products such as RigCLOUD, ensuring teams are aligned to business objectives, delivery risks and dependencies are actively managed, and governance standards are consistently applied.
• Navigates both Agile delivery and enterprise PMO expectations, requiring strong delivery leadership, technical fluency to partner effectively with engineering teams, and the ability to support the overall success of the project.
