Responsibilities
- Support planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes across business units.
- Gather, analyze, and document functional business requirements for EPM and finance system initiatives.
- Configure and support EPM applications used for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and financial close.
- Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to optimize financial planning and performance management processes.
- Maintain a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting methodologies.
- Participate in EPM system implementations, upgrades, and enhancement projects from requirements through deployment.
- Identify opportunities to improve financial planning processes and recommend system or workflow enhancements.
- Perform functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation of new system features and enhancements.
- Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and planning models to support business decision-making.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve functional issues and ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide end-user support, documentation, training, and continuous process improvements to maximize EPM system effectiveness.
Qualifications
- 3 7+ years of experience working with Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), finance systems, accounting, or financial planning solutions.
