Responsibilities

• Lead weekly training sessions focusing on combat marksmanship techniques.
• Absorb and adapt to new training methods and technologies.
• Assess participant performance and provide constructive feedback.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in combat marksmanship instruction.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
• Valid firearms license.
• Experience with safety protocols and emergency response procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (military science, sports science, etc.) preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

• Proficient in firearms operation and maintenance.
• Knowledgeable in combat tactics and strategy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
