Epic Willow Senior Consultant
About the Role
As an experienced Senior EPIC Willow Consultant, you will work in a collaborative environment under Deloitte’s Project Delivery Talent Model (PDM), tailored for long-term, onsite client service delivery with minimal travel demands. This role focuses on providing specialized expertise in Epic systems to support implementation and optimization of healthcare solutions.
Responsibilities
- Configure and customize Epic modules according to project requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Epic systems.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure functionality and performance.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Epic applications.
- Document system configurations, workflows, and processes for future reference.
- Provide Epic Willow support with on-call responsibilities during US business hours.
- Lead projects or workstreams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Deliver technical demonstrations and provide clear guidance to others.

Qualifications
- Current Epic Certification in Willow.
- 6+ years of Epic Willow analyst experience.
- Experience in application build, go-live, implementation, workflows, troubleshooting, testing, and support.
- Demonstrative understanding of technical documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on client needs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hospital or Clinic operations experience.
- Additional Epic Certifications.
- ITIL process knowledge.

Pay
The wage range for this role is $120,000 to $143,000, taking into account skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and business needs. Compensation decisions depend on individual and organizational performance. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program.
