Work You'll Do/Responsibilities

  • Guide the Epic product specific build regarding scheduling and workflows of providers and patients.
  • Enhance the support models to achieve successful enhancements, expansion, and ongoing support.
  • Analyze workflows, collect data, prepare report details, and address technical issues associated with Epic software.
  • Prepare requirement specifications and provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and configuring systems and procedures that meet user requirements.
  • Review and test new releases and document all outcomes of testing, serving as the support contact for the application.
  • Contribute to the organization's mission of utilizing information technology to improve patient care.
  • Provide on-site support within the organization as needed.

Qualifications

  • Must have Epic Willow IP Certification.
  • Must have 6+ years of recent experience with Epic implementation.
  • Must have 6+ years of experience in application build and go-live, along with extensive experience in implementation, workflows, troubleshooting, testing, and support.
  • Must demonstrate a demonstrative understanding of technical documentation.
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline.
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
  • Must be able to travel 10%, on average, based on the work done and the clients and industries/sectors served.
