Work You'll Do/Responsibilities

• Guide the Epic product specific build regarding scheduling and workflows of providers and patients, including enhancing the support models to achieve successful enhancements, expansion, and ongoing support.
• Perform analysis of workflows, data collection, report details, and other technical issues associated with Epic software.
• Prepare requirement specifications and provide technical assistance in identifying, evaluating, and configuring systems and procedures that meet user requirements.
• Review and test new releases and document all outcomes of testing, serving as the support contact for the application.
• Provide outstanding client service and contribute to the organization's mission of utilizing information technology to improve patient care.
• On an as-needed basis, provide on-site support within the organization.

Qualifications

• Must have Epic Willow IP Certification.
• Must have 6+ years of recent experience with Epic implementation.
• Must have 6+ years of experience in application build and go-live, along with extensive experience in implementation, workflows, troubleshooting, testing, and support.
• Must demonstrate a demonstrative understanding of technical documentation.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• Must be able to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Pay

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $121,000 to $143,000.
