Responsibilities

• Engineers new workflows or optimizes existing business processes
• Leads complex application implementation projects
• Functions as an independent project lead or provides oversight
• Performs proactive analysis on current systems and technology
• Identifies product and customization requirements
• Serves as mentor to senior analysts and architects
• Provides support in analyzing and resolving complex integration problems
• Implements innovative projects ahead of industry trends
• Collaborates with clinic leadership to improve operational processes
• Participates in clinical operations meetings to gather user feedback

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
• Certification in relevant specialty or field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Pay
