Epic Revenue Cycle Program Coordinator - Manager

About the role

As an experienced Epic Revenue Cycle Program Coordinator - Manager you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. Responsibilities

• Support the overall project goals and objectives as part of an engagement team.
• Interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Perform independent tasks and provide technical guidance to team members, as needed.
• Deliver Epic KTLO and build services to the client in a global delivery model.
• Act as Epic SME and coordinator of Deloitte's services across global delivery locations.
• Work with client leaders to understand requirements, priorities, and strategies to align teams in the delivery of services.
• Communicate regularly with Engagement Managers (Directors), project team members, and representatives from various functional and/or technical teams.
• Escalate matters that require additional attention and consideration from engagement management.

Qualifications

• Required Epic RevCycle IT lead experience that understands broader rev cycle and not just patient billing.
• Experience in Epic Resolute PB and certified.
• Experience in application design, workflows, build, troubleshooting, testing, and support.
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Preferred

• Hospital or Clinic operations experience
• Additional Epic Certifications
• ITIL process knowledge
