Epic Research & Genomics Analyst

Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

• Support the overall project goals and objectives within an engagement team.
• Interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Perform independent tasks and provide technical guidance to team members as needed.
• Work with the implementation team to plan and complete Epic builds, implement end-to-end systems, and manage command center shifts for break-fix ticket investigation and resolution.
• Conduct and document root cause analysis for issues encountered during go-live.
• Complete assigned system maintenance tasks.

Qualifications Required

• Current certification in primary Epic assigned application.
• 5+ years of experience in Epic Research & Genomics.
• 5+ years of experience in Epic build and support.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in information technology, business, or healthcare related field; or equivalent experience.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• Ability to travel 10% based on the nature of the work and the clients and industries/sectors served.

Preferred

• Hospital or Clinic operations experience.
• Additional Epic Certifications.
• ITIL process knowledge.

Wage Range

A reasonable estimate of the current range is $125,000 - $143,000.
