Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
- Support the overall project goals and objectives within an engagement team.
- Interact with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Perform independent tasks and provide technical guidance to team members as needed.
- Work with the implementation team to plan and complete Epic builds, implement end-to-end systems, and manage command center shifts for break-fix ticket investigation and resolution.
- Conduct and document root cause analysis for issues encountered during go-live.
- Complete assigned system maintenance tasks.
Qualifications Required
- Current certification in primary Epic assigned application.
- 5+ years of experience in Epic Research & Genomics.
- 5+ years of experience in Epic build and support.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in information technology, business, or healthcare related field; or equivalent experience.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
- Ability to travel 10% based on the nature of the work and the clients and industries/sectors served.
Preferred
- Hospital or Clinic operations experience.
- Additional Epic Certifications.
- ITIL process knowledge.
Wage Range
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $125,000 - $143,000.
