Epic Radiant Analyst
About the Role
This role focuses on enhancing Epic Radiant workflows, supporting clinical operations, and ensuring secure, efficient Epic configurations within a complex healthcare environment. The position is part of an organization investing heavily in healthcare delivery through facility expansion, technology modernization, and improved access to care across a rapidly growing patient population.
This is a fully remote, contract position based out of Bellaire, TX.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, test, and maintain Epic Radiant functionality.
- Lead Interventional Radiology build activities, enhancements, and optimization efforts.
- Collaborate with clinical teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into Epic solutions.
- Support security design, role maintenance, and access optimization within Radiant.
- Participate in system upgrades, Foundation initiatives, testing, and workflow improvements.
- Troubleshoot application issues and provide ongoing production support.
- Ensure Epic configurations align with organizational standards and best practices.
Requirements
- Epic Radiant Certification
- Strong Epic Radiant build experience
- Extensive Interventional Radiology (IR) workflow and build experience
- Strong Epic security experience within the Radiant module
- Experience supporting healthcare clinical operations and end users
- Ability to analyze requirements, configure solutions, and troubleshoot complex issues
Preferred Qualifications
- Additional Epic certifications
- Experience supporting large health systems or integrated delivery networks
- Foundation build experience
- Experience working in enterprise Epic environments

Pay
The pay range for this position is $80.00 - $90.00/hr. Individual compensation offered within this range will depend on qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
