About the role
This role supports a large-scale Epic training and education program across multiple hospital sites, driving provider adoption, curriculum development, and learning excellence for inpatient workflows.
Responsibilities
- Support a large-scale Epic training and education program across multiple hospital sites
- Drive provider adoption of Epic
- Develop and deliver training materials and educational programs for clinical end users
- Assess learning gaps and implement training solutions
- Measure competency outcomes to support operational success
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of progressive education, training, or learning development experience within a healthcare environment
- Current EpicCare Inpatient Orders Principal Trainer certification
- Current Epic Training Environment Build certification
- 3-5+ years of experience developing curriculum, training materials, and educational programs for clinical end users
- Experience delivering Epic training to providers and clinical stakeholders in a hospital or health system setting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments and leadership teams

Pay
$41.25-$51.25/hour
Schedule
Remote (Pacific Time Zone working hours)
