EPIC LEARNING COACH-CLINDOC/AMBULATORY
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We need to extract content from description.
Let's parse:
Job Type Full-time (maybe not needed). Description includes:
- Intro about OCHIN (About the role? Actually about organization). Could be "About the role" or maybe "About OCHIN". The instruction: use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can use "About the role" heading for description of role and organization.
- Work Authorization: maybe not a section; could be folded into a short
or drop it. It's minor metadata; we can include in a
after About the role. - Position Overview: could be part of About the role or Responsibilities? It's overview of role. Could be under About the role. - Essential Functions: list of duties -> Responsibilities section. - Requirements: list of requirements -> Requirements section. - Base Pay Overview: talk about pay ranges; we have Salary Description "$74,519 -$119,231". So we can have Pay section with that range. - Physical Requirements/Work Environment: could be Qualifications? Actually physical requirements maybe part of Qualifications or Requirements. But we have a Qualifications section maybe for certifications etc. However we have Requirements already covering experience, Epic certification etc. Physical requirements could be under Qualifications? But we can also include under Requirements as a bullet. However instruction: Use sections only when posting has real specific content. We have physical requirements content, so we could create a Qualifications section for that. Or we could put under Requirements as bullet list. But we already have Requirements for experience etc. Could combine. However we need to decide. We also have Work Location and Travel Requirements, Work From Home Requirements: could be under Schedule? Actually schedule maybe not given. Travel requirements could be under Schedule? Not exactly. Could be under Benefits? Not. Could be under a section like "Work Location & Travel" but not in allowed headings. Since only allowed headings are those listed, we should not create other headings. So we need to fit that content into existing allowed sections, or drop if not fitting. The instruction: "include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". It doesn't forbid using other headings not listed? It says use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). That implies we should use those headings; we could also use other headings? Probably better to stick to those. So we need to map content to those.
We have:
- About the role: intro about OCHIN, position overview, work authorization maybe.
- Responsibilities: Essential Functions list.
- Requirements: Minimum experience, Epic certification, etc.
- Qualifications: maybe Physical Requirements/Work Environment, Work From Home Requirements, Travel requirements.
- Skills: maybe not explicitly listed; we could infer from responsibilities (training, coaching, etc.) but better not to invent. If no specific skills list, we should not create Skills section.
- Benefits: "We offer a comprehensive range of benefits. See our website for details: https://ochin.org/career". That's specific enough? It's a statement but not detailed. It's real content: they offer benefits, link. So we can include Benefits section with that sentence.
- Pay: Base Pay Overview and Salary Description.
- Schedule: Not given; maybe work schedule not specified. So we should not create Schedule section.
Thus we will output sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay.
We need to ensure we don't repeat job title as heading. Not needed.
We need to preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting, but we can condense into prose or list as appropriate.
Let's extract details:
