Epic Interface Analyst (Epic Bridges)

InterScripts is an ISO 27001, 9001, and CMMI 3 certified IT business based in Chantilly, VA, established in 2017. We provide technology and platform-enabled services and solutions to various sectors including commercial, public sector, and government entities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and support Epic Bridges interfaces and integration workflows.
• Troubleshoot interface issues and resolve HL7 message errors.
• Build, modify, test, and deploy healthcare interfaces.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to support integration needs.
• Document interface configurations and support procedures.
• Track and manage work through Jira or similar ticketing tools.

Requirements

• Knowledge of HL7 messaging standards.
• Experience with interface troubleshooting and support.
• Familiarity with Mirth Connect, Cloverleaf, Rhapsody, or similar integration engines.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Epic Bridges Certification is required.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with FHIR integrations.
• Knowledge of healthcare workflows and interoperability solutions.
• Experience supporting healthcare applications in production environments.
